( I ) GENERAL COMMISSIONS TOS    
~Commissions are paid upfront through PayPal [Half when I start, the rest when I am finished]~If the commission has started, there is no refund [unless I cancel the commission, of course]~If I have finished the commission and you have paid for and received it, and then request a change, a change fee will apply~I can cancel and deny any commission I wish to within reason [I will of course, give a reason]

( II ) NSFW COMMISSION TOS    
~Do not send me pictures of you irl. If there is a specific pose you would like please find a reference of it. This is to ensure mine and your safety~If I say no to your commission, then that is the end of it, do not pressure me into doing something I do not feel comfortable doing, I will just block you. I'm not a machine, I am a person.~NSFW commissions require ID, I don't need your full ID, I just need a picture of your DOB +a piece of paper with your username and "Hi Angel" in the same picture. You can blur everything else. I'm not risking my safety as an artist purely based on trust.

( III ) TIMING    
~I have nerve damage in my spine, and so I will be taking scheduled breaks. Please be patient with me!~Turn around time is around 2-3 weeks, if not a month, depending on the commission. This is for my spine and due to the fact I am also a uni student. Please understand my degree will always be put first.~Please feel free to always check in with me and ask for progress! If you would like updates/wips, please message me asking to see them; otherwise, I will not update you until it is finished
 
~If you want a more precise timeframe, please message me!! Things can happen in real life that can affect the time frame of a commission, and you won't know about it unless we are texting! /nm

( IV ) CONTACT/USE OF MY ART    
~If you change your username, please tell me so I can find you easily + update anything I need for the commission~Please do not use other clients' commissions as your PFP, banner, etc., unless given explicit permission from the client themselves

( V ) CREDITTING ME   
~If you post my art anywhere, credit me. Say my @ either in the post or in the caption~If using my art as a pfp or banner, credit me in your bio, literally just as simple as "pfp: w1ld_ch3rry on discord"~If you see someone reposting my art without credit, tell me AND them!! Don't stay silent. I do not give consent for my work to be reuploaded without credit!! Or reposted! :3
